DHD Building Plans was founded by De Wet Hills in 2003. De Wet was working in construction renovation and identified the need for proper quality building plans at affordable rates. DHD Building plans was registered with the South African Council for the Architectural profession in 2006. From humble beginnings and years of practical experience in the architectural field DHD building plans can now provide you advice and plans that work.

DHD Building Plans have an extensive variation of project types, ranging from residential housing to large scale commercial and industrial buildings. We are a team of professionals specializing in building plans and design, space planning, interior design and 3d rendering.

DHD Building Plans is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession and South-African Institute of Architectural Technologists. DHD Building Plans head office is in Gauteng, situated in Boksburg on the East rand with a branch in Worcester in the Western Cape.  Our Gauteng branch focus on the East rand, greater Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Our Western Cape branch focuses on the Breederiver Valley, Langeberg, Overberg and Cape Town Metro areas. We are not limited to these areas and have done numerous projects ranging from Durban on the South coast, Lambertsbay on the West coast and Plettenberg Bay on the east coast to Hartbeespoortdam in the North West Province
